GRIPPERS

	GRIPPER - "TACKFAST™ GRIPPERCRETE 3140" 1.52m (5') - 100 strips per carton Our Tackfast Gripper is mde from high grade resin bonded plywood, five ply (6mm) thickness, machined on one edge to a defined angle and penetrated on the underside by two rows of pins.
	Pins are set at an angle of 60° to eliminate oull out and bending, even when power stretching. Designed for ease of installation on concrete floors. Pre-nailed with masonry nails. 20mm (3/4") long for a firm fixing.

METAL EDGINGS

	ALUMINIUM BAR - "NEAT-TRIM STANDARD 1209.90" 2.74m (9') - 10 strips per tube Neat-Trim is made from polished aluminium and has high lustre finish, and a flat base - making it ideal for use on solid floors, either mechanically fixed, or installed using one of the many Interfloor adhesive systems.
	The angle and sharpness of the teeth ensure the fire\mest grip on the carpet backing for stretch installations.

	ANODISED (SIMBRASS) BAR - "NEAT-TRIM STANDARD 1679.90" 2.74m (9') - 10 strips per tube

	ALUMINIUM TWINBAR - "DUALGRIP STANDARD 4029.90" 2.74m (9') - 10 strips per tube The perfect edging for a neat and attractive join between two floorcoverings at doorways. DualGrip is made from polished aluminium, has a high lustre finish, and a flat base - making it ideal for use on solid floors, either mechanically fixed, or installed using one of the many Interfloor adhesive systems.

	ALUMINIUM CARPET TILE EDGING - "7118.120" Specifically designed to protect the exposed edges of loose laid carpet tiles where no wall line exists. The fluting gives a rich tone.

	ALUMINIUM STAIR NOSING (with separate insert) - "1941" 2.70m (8'10") - 12 strips per tube Aluminium stair nosing with anti-slip black ribbed vinyl insert, ideal for light commercial or domestic use. Inserts included separately in the tube, to be fitted after the metal nosing has been fixed to the stair..

	SIMBRASS LINO EDGE - "8018.120" 2.44m (8') - 15 strips per tube High lustre finish. Designed to protect the exposed edges of various grades of resilient floorcoverings. Precision drilled, countersunk, and supplied with fixing screws.

SEAMING TAPES

	GRIPPERRODS HEATAC™ HEAT SEAM TAPE - "SEAMWELL 6734B" 20m - 10 rolls per carton Manufactured by Gripperrods, the world market leader for heat seam tapes. Features a woven scrim (6-7 stitches per inch) with a glass fibre weft and a polyester warp. The glass fibre gives maximum strength across the seam, with no stretch; the polyester allows some stretch along the length. The scrim is stitched to the creped paper backing to ensure stability. The more rigid, open texture of the ribbed adhesive is specially designed to give a good adhesive contact and penetration on carpets having Action Bac secondary backing.

	GRIPPERRODS HEATAC™ GOLD LINE HEAT SEAM TAPE - "SEAMWELL 6736B" 20m - 10 rolls per carton In addition to the characteristics and beneifts mentioned above, the use of metallised GOLD foil instead of crepe paper:
	reduces heat los into the floor, giving a faster adhesive melt rate when the iron is applied and a faster seaming speed if required. prevents the adhesive from cooling too rapidly, allowing more working time on pattern match, etc. allows better control at lower temperatures for sensitive piles / backings. This top of the range tape is suitable for all types of backings.

	PREMIER™ BRONZE DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE - "6494P" 50m length x 50mm width - 5 rolls per carton A medium duty carpet tape with a special tearable non-woven base.

HEAT SEAM IRON GROOVED - "THS001"
A robust, well-designed iron which includes:

900W heating element for fast heat up.
Five setting thermostat.
Three position cable controller allowing trailing cable to be kept out of the way.
Light indicating when iron is up to temperature.
Sturdy steel tray.

KNEE KICKER - "TST004"
Our extendable knee kicker is of robust precision dye cast construction, with an easy extension mechanism.
It has the traditional three cotton head inserts and adjustable pin plate with hardened steel pins. Pin depth is easily but precisely adjusted by rotation of the dial. Moulded buffer pad.

CARPET TRIMMER - "TECHNICS TCT004"
The best conventional carpet wall trimmer in the world.
The ergonomically designed, non-slip ComfortGrip™, and fully adjustable handle considerably eases the trimming process.
Adjustable for pile height and throat. Blade stop prevents movement.

CARPET TRIMMER - "TECHNICS TCT004"
The most versatile carpet cutter.
Cast aluminium body with shaped grip gives it a solid durable feel compared to plastic-based cutters.
Cuts from front or back of carpet with two blade positions. Adjustable stainless steel nose plate allows row tracking and cutting for any depth of pile.

SEAM ROLLER STARWHEEL - "THS003"
Helps produce a better seam when using Heatec™ tapes.
When used behind the iron, angled roller wheels tend to pull the nap of the carpet together, achieving better penetration between carpet backing and hot thermoplastic adhesive.
Also for blending pile in carpet seams.

WIDE STAIR TOOL - "TST011"
Forged chrome steel stair tool woth 70mm (2 3/4") wide blade to drive the carpet into the stair crotch.

GLIDER
A heavy metal glider for ensuring perfect adhesion of underlay to subfloor, and carpet to underlay backing in stick down installation.
Removes rucks and wrinkles in newly laid floorcoverings.

SUPER CARPET SHEAR 10"
Cushion grip handle and durable knife edges made from hardened and tempered nickel-plated steel, to ensure easy cutting of carpets.

SMALL NAPPING SHEAR - "H860"
For trimming tufts and levelling carpet seams.
Broad duck-billed blade for fast trimming.
Manufactured from hardened and tempered nickel-plated steel.

GRIPPER SHEAR - "H862"
Ideal for fast cutting of to fit the contours of any room. The hardened anvil blade provides a firm grip base on which to rest the gripper when cuttiing. Moulded, plastic coated handles for a firm comfortable grip.
Safety locking device.

TACK HAMMER, HEAVY DUTY - "H884"
Standard tack hammer with steel shaft, comfortable brass-riveted walnut handle grip, and elongated tack removal claw.
One piece hardened steel construction.

STAPLE HAMMER - "H890"
Fixes underlay to wooden floors. Also fixes needlepunch carpet (like Brooklyn and Lexus Plus) to wooden floor.
Vinyl handgrip and four moving components.
150-staple magazine capacity (H812 staples).

TACK AND MOULDING LIFTER - "H897"
For fast lifting of gripper, carpet tacks and mouldings.
High carbon forged steel, notched at both ends for removal of tacks and nails.

TRIMMING KNIFE HANDLE - "H892"
Comfortable, postive grip. Easy blade replacement.

NOTCHED TROWEL 2.4MM
Traditional tempered steel trowel, notched four sides 2.4mm deep, with hard wood handle.

TACKIFIER TROWEL - "H805"
Tempered steel trowel with beech handle.
Unique notch dimensions specifically designed for use with Tackifier adhesive and the Durafit Installation System.
Notches 5mm depth x 20mm centre, with 1mm notch.
