GRIPPERS

	GRIPPER - HERITAGE 1.22m(4') x 100 PCS = 400' PER BOX Our Heritage Gripper is made from high grade resin bonded plywood, five ply (6mm) thickness, machined on one edge to a defined angle and penetrated on the underside by two rows of pins.
	Pins are set at an angle of 60° to eliminate oull out and bending, even when power stretching. Designed for ease of installation on concrete floors. Pre-nailed with masonry nails. 20mm (3/4") long for a firm fixing.

	ALUMINIUM BAR, SINGLE 0.9m (3') - 40 pcs per Tube (3ft length) 2.7m (8'10") - 10 pcs per Tube (9ft length) Neat-Trim is made from polished aluminium and has high lustre finish, and a flat base - making it ideal for use on solid floors, either mechanically fixed, or installed using one of the many Interfloor adhesive systems. The angle and sharpness of the teeth ensure the fire\mest grip on the carpet backing for stretch installations.

	ALUMINIUM STAIR NOSING 2.70m (9') - 12 pcs per Tube (9ft length) Aluminium stair nosing with anti-slip black ribbed vinyl insert, ideal for light commercial or domestic use. Inserts included separately in the tube, to be fitted after the metal nosing has been fixed to the stair..

	SIMBRASS LINO EGDE 2.44m (8') - 15 per Tube (9ft length) High lustre finish. Designed to protect the exposed edges of various grades of resilient floorcoverings. Precision drilled, countersunk, and supplied with fixing screws.

SEAMING TAPES

	HEAT SEAM TAPE™ - HERITAGE SILVER 20m - 10 rolls per carton Features a woven scrim (6-7 stitches per inch) with a glass fibre weft and a polyester warp. The glass fibre gives maximum strength across the seam, with no stretch; the polyester allows some stretch along the length. The scrim is stitched to the creped paper backing to ensure stability. The more rigid, open texture of the ribbed adhesive is specially designed to give a good adhesive contact and penetration on carpets having Action Bac secondary backing.

	HEAT SEAM TAPE™ - HERITAGE GOLD 20m - 10 rolls per carton In addition to the characteristics and beneifts mentioned above, the use of metallised GOLD foil instead of crepe paper:
	reduces heat los into the floor, giving a faster adhesive melt rate when the iron is applied and a faster seaming speed if required. prevents the adhesive from cooling too rapidly, allowing more working time on pattern match, etc. allows better control at lower temperatures for sensitive piles / backings. This top of the range tape is suitable for all types of backings.

HEAT SEAM IRON GROOVED - "THS001"
A robust, well-designed iron which includes:

900W heating element for fast heat up.
Five setting thermostat.
Three position cable controller allowing trailing cable to be kept out of the way.
Light indicating when iron is up to temperature.
Sturdy steel tray.

KNEE KICKER - "CA 101B"
Our extendable knee kicker is of robust precision dye cast construction, with an easy extension mechanism.
It has the traditional three cotton head inserts and adjustable pin plate with hardened steel pins. Pin depth is easily but precisely adjusted by rotation of the dial. Moulded buffer pad.

CARPET TRIMMER - "TECHNICS TCT004"
The most versatile carpet cutter.
Cast aluminium body with shaped grip gives it a solid durable feel compared to plastic-based cutters.
Cuts from front or back of carpet with two blade positions. Adjustable stainless steel nose plate allows row tracking and cutting for any depth of pile.

SEAM ROLLER STARWHEEL - "THS003"
Helps produce a better seam when using Heatec™ tapes.
When used behind the iron, angled roller wheels tend to pull the nap of the carpet together, achieving better penetration between carpet backing and hot thermoplastic adhesive.
Also for blending pile in carpet seams.

STAIR TOOL - "CA 106"
Forged chrome steel stair tool woth 70mm (2 3/4") wide blade to drive the carpet into the stair crotch.

GLIDER
A heavy metal glider for ensuring perfect adhesion of underlay to subfloor, and carpet to underlay backing in stick down installation.
Removes rucks and wrinkles in newly laid floorcoverings.
