Managing Director: Mr Shashi Lal Kashyap
He is the
son of Mr Ram Nath Kashyap. Born in 1936, he joined the Company
in 1956 and has ever since been the driving force behind its
expansion. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries
(FCIS). Over the years, Mr Kashyap realized the need to change
the direction of the Company in accordance with the changing
circumstances. With the rapid growth of Singapore as well as
the countries in the Asean regional group, he decided to rapidly
expand the operations by employing professional and highly motivated
staff. He travelled extensively and developed strong relationships
with suppliers thereby increasing the product range. He took
great pains to initially develop the Malaysian market and then
went on to succeed in other regional markets including Indonesia,
Brunei and finally the whole Asia Pacific region.
Director & General
Manager : Ms Quek Eng Wah
Quek Eng Wah joined the Company in 1962 as general manager
and has retained this position ever since. She was
greatly instrumental in acquiring and developing the
Company properties and assets. Besides looking into
managerial matters, she is fully in charge of all businesses
relating to the Industrial Supplies Division of the
Company (which buys and sells PVC Sheeting, PVC Leather
cloth etc). This Division accounts for about 10 Percent
of the total sales turnover. |

Mr Praveen Kashyap
Praveen
Kashyap is the son of Mr Shashi Lal Kashyap. Holding
the Degree B.B.A. from the National University of Singapore,
he joined the Company in 1986. Having an extensive knowledge
of the products, he does both purchasing and sales,
has travelled widely and expanded the export market
to several countries.

Director & Financial
Controller: Mr Sandeep Puri
Sandeep
Puri joined the Company in 1994. He is a qualified Chartered
Accountant. Besides looking into the financial portfolio,
he also has been largely responsible for the general
administration and warehousing aspects of the Company.
Currently, he has additionally taken on responsibilities
in sales and marketing as well.

Sales
& Marketing Manager: Mr Danny Oh
Danny
Oh joined the Company in 1993 as sales and marketing
manager and has retained this position ever since. Besides
building up a strong customer base for floor coverings
both in Singapore and abroad, he plays an important
role in managing credit control.
